Android NDK unavailable

Doctor could not confirm NDK r28 or later with a host clang executable. The Android native toolchain prerequisite check fails.

#Common causes

• The detected NDK has an older or unreadable Pkg.Revision, or its host LLVM toolchain is missing.

#Fixes

• Run sdkmanager 'ndk;28.2.13676358' and set ANDROID_NDK_HOME to that NDK if automatic SDK discovery selects the wrong installation.

• Run ara-export doctor --platform android to verify the detected revision and compiler.
